CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/NO CALL/NO SHOW/ To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, VICI Beauty and Spa kindly requests that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and your cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. We do understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment time as a NO CALL/NO SHOW impacts our entire schedule and our other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, VICI Beauty and Spa will charge the credit card on file the FULL amount of your scheduled services. Please choose your appointment wisely! I do keep track of all cancellations. If you have canceled 3 or more times, going forward when booking an appointment at VICI, a deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.(The deposit will be deducted from the total service, upon completion of your appointment.) If this appointment is then canceled. You will no longer be permitted to book online and the entire service will have to be paid for in advance to allow you back in the books. These policies are in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients. LATE POLICY: To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee of $15.00 at checkout. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked, PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT at that time and fill out all the necessary online forms and waivers prior to your appointment. *Confirmation Policy* ALL appointments are to be confirmed at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise your appointment will be canceled, if I do not hear from you! If you are new to VICI Beauty and Spa, we asked that you arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the in-house paperwork that is kept on file in the spa.
